Bureau Veritas has partnered with Enhesa, a leading provider of global regulatory and sustainability intelligence, to provide regulatory compliance services to global businesses of all sizes.
The partnership will provide true end-to-end regulatory compliance and sustainability services for organisations in the UK, the Netherlands and Belgium, including ESG, HSE and sustainability requirements as part of the Bureau Veritas Green Line of services and solutions, supporting businesses to implement, measure and achieve their sustainability objectives.
Bureau Veritas local teams will, based on legal requirements identified through the Enhesa solution, verify the compliance status of the client. This could be for particular areas or specific locations. Whether this is generic or on-site, Bureau Veritas will actively contribute to increasing the client’s compliancy through audits verification of requirements. In cases where the client operates internationally, the Bureau Veritas teams in the Netherlands, Belgium or in the UK will work with the Bureau Veritas network to facilitate the client’s needs regarding compliance assurance. The efficiency of this approach for our clients lies in both the scalability and the centralized way we approach such projects, with single points of contact and a large network to support at client disposal.
As part of the partnership, clients will be able to leverage Bureau Veritas’ existing services designed to support businesses to prepare, access, manage and improve their compliance and sustainability programmes together with Enhesa’s intelligence tools to map compliance requirements.
Bureau Veritas will also become an official distributor of Enhesa regulatory content, making the procurement process for clients simple and affordable. It will also offer customised audit tools to Enhesa clients as part of the partnership. Enhesa will provide regulatory data and intelligence services whilst Bureau Veritas will provide on-site compliancy monitoring. This will create the opportunity to collaborate with prospective clients on increasing compliance through supplying up to date, accessible information alongside practical inspections in line with industry requirements.
