What is ISO 19443 and who is it intended for?
ISO 19443 is a quality management standard for the nuclear supply chain. The standard is aimed at suppliers and sub-suppliers whose products or services can affect nuclear safety. It builds on ISO 9001 with additional nuclear requirements such as safety culture, graded approach, and traceability.

Do I need ASME Section III or RCC-M?
Both are widely applied nuclear construction codes. Applicability depends on project requirements, contractual agreements, and the reference framework of the license holder or designer. In Europe, RCC-M is often used, while ASME Section III remains common worldwide for specific components and international suppliers.
