One of our objectives is a balanced gender ratio. For example, by 2020, we want 25 percent of our senior management to be women. The example must be given at board level. Today, the percentage of women on the Global Executive Committee is 20 percent. By comparison, this was 0 percent only a few years ago! In short: if we want to bring about a change, we take action immediately.
