Bureau Veritas, together with Dirk Rabelink, CEO of ULC‑Energy, has signed a Cooperation Agreement that sets a preferred framework for Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) services to support the development and future deployment of Rolls‑Royce SMR technology in the Netherlands.
This collaboration brings together Bureau Veritas’ independent technical assurance and nuclear safety capabilities with ULC‑Energy’s leadership in programme development. Our shared objective is to enable safe, standards‑based and timely SMR delivery—strengthening the Dutch energy transition while upholding the highest levels of quality and integrity.
